Who we are

What we collect

• Account data: your email address (verified by a one-time code or Google sign-in), name and profile image from Google if you use it, company, country and WhatsApp number if you provide them.
• RFQ data: the products, quantities, specifications and messages you submit, and the factories you select.
• Usage data: pages visited and basic analytics (Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity), IP-derived country.

How we use it

• To match your request with suppliers and forward it to the factories you selected, after our review.
• To send you verification codes, RFQ status updates and supplier replies.
• To contact you about your request by email or WhatsApp.

We forward your requirements, company name and country to selected factories. We do not share your email address or phone number with factories unless you ask us to.

Supplier data

Supplier profiles are compiled from public trade-show exhibitor records and companies' public websites. We do not publish supplier contact details. Suppliers can claim, correct or remove their listing by emailing us.

Storage & security

Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL, US region) and Vercel. Emails are sent via Cloudflare. We keep RFQ records for as long as your account exists; you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google we only request your basic profile (name, email, picture). We do not access your Google Drive, contacts or other data.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing zhangyuanbo123@gmail.com. We respond within 7 days.
