Terms of Service

1. The service

SourceRadar helps buyers find Chinese factories and send requests for quotation (RFQs). We review each RFQ and forward it to the factories you select; replies are returned to you through SourceRadar. We are an intermediary, not a party to any purchase contract between you and a supplier.

2. Accounts

You must use a real, working email address. One person may not create multiple accounts. We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping or misrepresentation.

3. Supplier information

Supplier profiles are compiled from public sources and are provided as-is. Trade-show participation, registry data and website content are indicators, not guarantees. Verify suppliers before ordering; we can help with verification on request.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy or resell our directory data, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use the service to contact suppliers for purposes other than genuine sourcing.

5. Fees

Searching and sending RFQs is currently free for buyers. Listing is free for suppliers. We will announce any paid features before charging.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SourceRadar is not liable for losses arising from transactions with suppliers found through the service, or from supplier data inaccuracies.
